As requested by the National Capital Region with regards to the orientation of new eagle members in the different Eagles Club, I do hereby authorized the Executive PEIL Director Emeritus to conduct the orientation seminar. Please furnish the undersigned a copy of the application forms in order to prepare the Orient Certificate and Oath of Member.
