Please be informed that effective immediately no PEIL Director can handle an Orientation Seminar in their respective regions unless you have an authorization memo or email coming from the PEIL Executive Director. Otherwise, Orientation Seminar done without authorization will not be recognize by PEIL and in the National Office.

Please be guided accordingly.
