PROCEDURE TO REQUEST FOR ORIENTS
For efficiency and expediency, all club presidents are hereby directed and required to observe the procedures enumerated below for any request/s for club orientation seminar (ORIENTS).
No ORIENTS shall be recognized and recommended for approval by PEIL Executive Director without prior compliance of the following:
- The letter of request for an orientation seminar shall be addressed to the National President thru the PEIL Executive Director and Regional Governor.
- The letter request shall be accompanied by the new application forms duly accomplished with the applicant in 3 copies with attached latest picture 2 x 2.
- Upon receipt of the Application Forms duly accomplished, Seminar Fee of P300.00, Affiliation Fee of P200.00, Annual Dues of P500.00, National ID of P100.00, Eagles Pin of P100.00, Governor's Dues of P100.00 and Magna Carta (Amended) of P250.00 a total of P 1,550.00. PEIL Executive Director shall communicate with the requesting club to arrange and agree on the date, time and venue of the seminar.
- ORIENTS shall be mandatory for any new member before they are inducted to become a regular member of a duly affiliated club of The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles).
- Expenses of Orientation Seminar to be conducted by PEIL Executive Director or PEIL Director on club level shall be at the expense of the requesting club (Book Nine, Section 10 of the Magna Carta).
