I have observed during our club visitation in the different regions with the National President that each club has its own design of Certificates, Member’s Oath and Oath of Office which are not in accordance with and totally contrary to our Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership. Therefore, effective immediately and as per agreed by Celso P. Mariano the PEIL Executive Director Emeritus during the 1st National Assembly in Naga City and for the purpose of uniformity, you are hereby enjoined to strictly adhere to the Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership pre-porma of the Certificates, Members Oath and Oath of Office and only the PEIL Executive Director can release this forms.
