I have observed during our club visitation in the different regions with the National President that each club has its own version of programs and protocol which are not in accordance with and totally contrary to our Magna Carta. Therefore, effective immediately and for the purpose of uniformity, you are hereby enjoined to strictly adhere to the Philippine Eagles format as provided for in our Magna Carta of 1989 particularly Book Twelve, section 1 and 2 in every formal affairs and occasions.
