The Eagles Club President will make a letter of request to the National President thru the PEIL Executive Director and thru your Regional Governor for Orientation Seminar together with the submission of New Membership Application Form for us to determine the total new applicant to be oriented and we can prepare Orientation Certificate and Member’s Oath.
The Eagles Club will shoulder all the expenses of the PEIL Executive Director and PEIL Directors when they conduct Orientation Seminar that include transportation, hotel accommodation and meals, it is stated in the 2008 Omnibus Amendment to the Eagles Magna Carta of 1989.
