CIRCULAR No. 2008-001 July 2, 2008 TO : NATIONAL PRESIDENT, REGIONAL GOVERNOR, AND FROM : PEIL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SUBJECT : INCREASE OF ORIENTATION SEMINAR FEES We are please to inform you that effective immediately the Orientation Seminar Fee of P200.00 per new Eagles applicant is increase to P300.00 that include Orientation Seminar Certificate and Member’s Oath. The Eagles Club that will request the PEIL Executive Director or PEIL Director to conduct Orientation Seminar will submit all application form together with the payment to the PEIL Executive Director before we will handle the Orientation Seminar. Official membership application form from PEIL will be given to Club President and any old application will not be anymore accepted by the PEIL Executive Director. |
