SECTION 6 . Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership (PEIL); regular directors and their term of office. - Section 4, Book None, of the Eagles Magna Carta of 1989 which was earlier amended under the Third Amendment to the Eagles Magna Carta of 1989, as modified herein, shall read, as follows:

Section a). Composition of the Institute. The Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership. The Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership which shall hereafter be briefly referred to as PEIL shall be composed of an executive director who shall be its head and not more than six (6) regular directors all of whom shall be appointed by the National President. The Executive Director shall be elected from among of their senior Directors of PEIL.

Section b). Term of office of Directors. The term of office of the Executive Director and other Directors of PEIL shall be two (2) years from date of their appointments.

Section c). Appointment of three (3) senior PEIL Directors by the incumbent national president. - To ensure the educational and academic quality, stability and direction of Seminars held and given by PEIL, the incumbent National President shall see to it that at least three (3) senior PEIL Directors shall be appointed by him upon enactment and approval of this Act.
